I fix things that make brilliant people crazy.

You know what I'm talking about. That process everyone hates but no one questions. The system that worked perfectly two years ago but now feels like it's held together with duct tape and prayers. The thing that makes your best employee or your customer roll their eyes every single day.

After 20+ years in Bay Area tech, our family was craving a different rhythm. After a lot of soul searching, we took a leap and escaped to the mountains near Lake Tahoe for a quieter life with our teenagers. That's when everything clicked – I finally had the space to think clearly and the time to help a few friends tackle their business headaches. Turns out being outside the chaos can give you superpowers!

I discovered my go-to question: "What keeps you up at night?" Every single time, something shifted. We'd move past the surface stuff straight to the thing that was slowly eating them alive. The Efficiency Edit grew out of those honest conversations.

Now I spend my days untangling business knots. Perhaps you're here because you've got your own monster to slay too?  The one that's been gnawing at you for months while you tell yourself you'll deal with it when things calm down? Spoiler alert: things aren't calming down. As your business grows, complexity creeps in, and problems fester.

Let's fix it. I'm ready when you are.

More About Me

A natural problem-solver who leads with heart, balances structure with flexibility, and believes great work happens when teams feel both supported and empowered.

  • "Two things can be true." I catch myself saying this constantly – a gentle reminder that life rarely deals in either/or scenarios. Most of the good stuff lives in the both/and.

  • Parenting teenagers is surprisingly good training for business consulting – both require knowing when to create structure and when to get the hell out of the way.

  • Perfect chocolate chip cookies. I only eat them molten from the oven; my niece exclusively eats them frozen solid. She's already put in her order for a "lifetime supply" for her upcoming 13th birthday.

  • After wrangling complex business challenges all day, watching strangers make spectacularly questionable life choices on shows like 90 Day Fiancé and Love is Blind becomes oddly restorative.

  • Type 2, heart center – naturally wired to help others solve their puzzles, still learning to turn that same attention inward.
